Yes, after 6 weeks on the market we have a solid offer on the house. There was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing on Friday and back and forth and sweating and $500 here, $1000 there.... but we have a deal. Whist out hunting for our tree, down by the fence line - we have a 15 ft hill of old composted horse manure - which is the most wonderful soil on the whole property, and the moose love it.
